The PCP is about getting in the best shape you possibly can.
It's a rigorous 90 program that will build a strong foundation for maintaining a healthy, balanced, active lifestyle.
I have completed this program along with my other fellow PCP2 group members Amy, Tim, Adrian and Emiko. It was one of the best experiences of my life and I can't wait to see where this project now takes all of us.
